You are allowed to enter database details on the ClixWall API. You are not allowed to edit other parts of the API code.
If you are providing fake details via API, your account will be banned.

General
You must not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity — including using VPN/Proxy to complete offers or running vulnerability scanners on the website.
